Interview
This is the worst company I have ever interviewed with. I went though 4 steps of the interview process. ( an initial call, a mechanical exam, interview 1 with the sales directors, and interview 2 with that consisted of 5 people from their team) In the last interview they asked you to prepare a presentation on a product they have by only using its brochure. They did not give any guidance and said it would be a case study.. after presenting the product they ask you how to set this product up ( that was NOT in the brochure) They really do not set you up for success. After going through this process for a month, the next day after the interview they sent me a generic email saying they’re not going to pursue my candidacy and can’t tell me why because they have many other people to interview…. This email wasn’t even signed by a person, it was auto generated. Extremely disappointed
Very odd, one hirevue and then they fly you out to chicago. The chicago process is smooth. One interview and roll play. Great time to practice skills and continue to get better.

The interview process starts with an informational session. After that, you complete a digital interview assessment, and only those who pass move on to a traditional Zoom interview. There are definitely a lot of stages you have to pass to get to the final round.

They may conduct a mock sales conversation where you will have to sell them something. Or they may ask you what you think will be the hardest part of the job.
Good practice for the job, multiple stages involving phone screening with HR, meeting with director, then mock presentation and interview with manager. Make sure to practice discovery questions for the mock presentations to help you understand client needs.
