I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz in May 2021
Interview
Starts with pymetrics games to assess your individual skills as if you are interviewing for a position at the pentagon, followed by video interviews for a couple of questions, and if you are lucky you get to reach the assessment day. The assessment day has few activities including group games and one on one interviews, however, unless your a female or a guy whose European, American or Turkish, your chances are slim to none to reach the final level. The final level is a final interview "again I know" with the leadership team, and if you are an arab male you might as well not even try regardless of your degrees or certifications.

Interview
For the recruiting process, I had to complete some Pymetrics tests. A few weeks later, I received this feedback: my results didn't meet the company's criteria. Although I accept the feedback, I still don't think Pymetrics is the best tool for accurately evaluating candidates and their ability to perform within the company.
