Interview
A group interview with about 9 others where we were asked to publicly speak about ourselves. We gathered in teams and sold an item of our choice. We were given quite a lot of information about the company and were able to select area's of the company that we were interested in working in.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us your name, where your from and why you want to work here?
Simple in and out in person interview with basic questions. Got the job very quickly afterwards. Questions asked about prior retail experience and behavioral questions that dictate the outcome of the interview.
One on one interview process during the initial stages. Not a rigorous stage during the process and recruiter did a decent job of handling the scheduling. Fairly simple and difficult.
Overall, the interview process was very pleasant and easy to work with, all while still having the qualities of an interview itself. The questions asked and carefulness used was reassuring, making sure that any new-hires would do good in their position and ensure the happiness, enjoyment, and kindness of others.
