Applied on the company website directly. Got a call after two days from HR assistant. Had 5 mins of telephone interview. They called after 2 days asking me to come over to meet the Country HR. Very cordial. Asked about the career so far, challenging situations that i faced, reason for showing interest in K+N. Was noting down all the points. Felt positive. Was called again the following week to meet the National Sales Manager. It was a purely technical interview with the Revenue targets, GP, Volume expected and company policy being explained. Final interview with the Country Head took place after ten days as they were travelling. It was the most detailed interview. They basically check if we can stand up to the pressure that we might encounter. Asked for references. Got the offer after exactly a week.
