I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kuehne+Nagel (Belgrade, Central Serbia) in Aug 2022
Interview
Interview was very solid. Managers and HR were very pleasant. However, position is advertised as being in Belgrade while, in reality, office is located 20km outside of Belgrade. They require fluency in English, work in Microsoft office, very developed interpersonal communication skills, readiness to work overtime and night shifts while offering compensation barely above minimum wage. Opportunities for advancement only come after a year of employment there. Overall, not worth the wait and hustle. Not enough money for required skills and knowledge.
