It was different than any I had ever experienced in my professional career. There were two candidates, myself and another gentleman, and the interview started with both of us together with two representatives from LGI on the opposite side of the table. The first 20 to 30 minutes was with the LGI reps telling us about the company, their history, culture, mission statement and successes. Then we split up and went one on one. The rest of the interview was interesting, informative, and a lot of fun for me. My rep was going over my psychological test with me and making sure I felt the answers of the test described me. It was very close to being spot on. It wasn’t a typical interview where the rep of the company was asking you questions about yourself, your work history or your career successes so much as it was a give and take about work style.
