LGI Homes interview questions

Great interview. They’re upfront with what they want and expect. Either you’re a good fit or you’re not. They want people that are willing to learn their systems/culture. If you can be a student and just be open minded to learn you will do great.

Initial interview is online via Teams. The recruiter begins by reviewing the job description with you. She asks you to describe your work experience. Then answers any questions you have before proceeding to next steps.
