LGI Homes interview questions

Fifty candidates showed up for hiring event for 3-4 positions. Presentation by area sales VP about company with several current managers. Filled out survey and had one on one 5 minute interview after presentation.

The 1st interview was with recruiter through video chat- pretty basic, then they e-mailed a disc personality assessment, followed by an in person interview on location in which the you were asked to rate different words from the disc assesment and tell them how accurate you felt they were, followed by some more standard interview questions.
