Spoke with a recruiter for almost 30 minutes, they said they will submit my resume to their manager and the company for review. Did dad hear anything else after and they ignored/block my emails. Unprofessional at best.

Interview
They made me schedule an interview three times, then at the last schedule interview they never showed up, wait for more than 30 minutes and never responded again after follow-up. It was really disrespectful.
I had a preliminary conversation, it was straightforward and very relaxed. The role ended up not being a fit but the representative was very kind. They were pretty quick to initially reach out and wanted to know the basics of my background and why I was looking for a change.
