I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LHH (Sydney) in Sep 2023
Interview
The interview process with LHH is pretty lengthy.
There's an inteview with HR, following with the Hiring manager, another interview with the higher management, and another separate interview with another higher management along with an assessment test about your personality. In my previous experience most interviews have up to 2 interviews max.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Besides the interview asking your experience and past job experience, there's also Behavioral questions.
Short compared to others in the industry. An introductory call followed by a formal 45 minute video interview and an offer several days later. I would rate this as a good experience overall.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at LHH
Interview
This was my 2nd interview and the first one was very positive so I was expecting a good 2nd or final interview already but no. The interviewer literally pulled up my CV during the interview and went through it with me literally waiting for them to read another sentence that they would then ask me to talk about.... No people skills at all
