It was a behavioral questions-based discussion around the native UK people who are interactive and understandable. they had face-to-face discussions which were really good. this helps candidates to speak with more confidence

There interview with global associate director. The interviewing panel was really friendly.
The question asked were management related questions mostly from conflict management and people management. There were situation based questions which is really important for leadership role. Supervisor role was actually leadership role which needs hiring and performance management activities
