I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Landing
Interview
The interview process was quick and efficient. This was during the rapid hiring phase. I had two different zoom interviews with different employees, my direct manager and his boss. But first I had one phone call in the beginning from a member of HR.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Landing in Sep 2021
Interview
I went through three levels, but the whole process took less that two weeks. First I did a one-way interview where I recorded video responses to a few questions. This was intimidating at first, but their platform made it super easy. Then I had a phone call that was more of an informational check-in. My final interview was a conversation with my now manager and one other manager, over Zoom, and it was a pretty traditional interview. The whole process was used-friendly and simple. I always felt in the loop.
