Interview
The process lacked communication on their end. There was no interest in explaining more about the position to me. They kept asking me weird "trick questions" and situational questions that would put me in a had situation where both answers could have made me look bad. The mutual respect for me as a protentional employee was greatly lacking. The COO was very rude and extremely arrogant.
