Went through a phone interview first with a recruiter out of Birmingham. Then got invited to an in person interview at HQ in Birmingham. Interviewed with couple people. The phone interview was laid back and went well overall. The in person interviews is what gave a bad taste in my mouth about this company. First interview was with a person named Jason. Honestly it literally looked like he didn’t care to listen to me and actually yawned during the interview. Then I did another interview with a guy named Jack. He was actually more pleasant to talk to and actually looked like he cared about what I was saying. The recruiter I have been contacted with said she would let me know by end of the week if I made it to the next round or not. Sitting here an almost a year later and I still have not heard from Landing since. I honestly respected Landing a lot, but after the interview process, the perspective has completely changed.
