Very straight forward. I had to make an appointment with an online scheduling platform. There were many flexible days which was convenient. Interviewer was well prepared when presented with follow up questions. Interview conducted was over the phone. About 4-5 questions were asked. Interviewer was very attentive.

2 Step Interview. Telephone interview with a recruiter then a zoom interview if they decide to move forward. Interview consists of personality and work experience questions, very straightforward. Entire process took about two weeks.
You’ll be contacted by someone in HR or the regional director for medical to do an interview.
I think the interview is pretty standard for a spa. “Why aesthetics?”, “how do you do with differing personalities!”, etc.
Phone screen was very honest about being for profit and seeing as many patients as possible per day. Recruiter called on time which is a positive compared to other recruiters lately. But when I heard they only pay half your normal wage during training I ended the interview.
