Interview
Panel interview of supervisor and director, along with other CSR´s from each department. They all asked personality and performance based questions meanwhile discussing their specific job responsibilities. It took about 45 minutes.

Question 1
Describe your past work history and how it relates to this job position
Quick and easy. There were a total of two steps. The first part is with the recruiter which is an intro to the company, go over a bit of your background, and why you are interested in the role. The next step is with the lead and supervisor.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lee Health (Miami, FL) in Nov 2021
Interview
The interviewer was very welcoming and made me feel like I was already a part of the team. The interview did not feel like an interview but rather a conversation with a co-worker. That made me feel relaxed and I was able to speak to my experiences and different scenario's with ease.
