I showed up for the interview 5 minutes early. The receptionist had me wait in the waiting area (no problem). After 10 minutes, the interviewer arrived to say she was waiting on another member of the interview panel (ok). 20 more minutes went by. The receptionist left the waiting area. I had now waited 35 minutes and had no idea how much longer I was going to be expected to wait without any further updates. My decision? No way I wanted to work with those people. I left and emailed the interviewer, who did not respond. Looks like I made the right decision.
