Mine started with a screening phone call with the hiring manager, then a Teams interview with four panel members and finally an in person interview. You are required to have references fill out questionnaires as part of the process, as well as complete a background check.
Troubleshooting is an important skill. When troubleshooting a problem with a data processing program, I would first identify the source of the issue. Is it an error in the code or is there something wrong with the input? Once I have identified the source of the issue, I can then begin to work on finding a solution. I would start by analyzing the code and looking for any errors that may be causing the issue.

Group interview; somewhat intimidating. They took turns with various interview questions. Standard questions you hear at most interviews. At first I had a 1|1 with the hiring manager, then had a group interview. I was actually declined the offer at first; the first person must have not worked out, as they called me several weeks later.
