These change, but mostly they want to know why you chose Legacy, what your training/background is, what you do to stay current/up to date with training, when you failed/succeeded at a project, what tools you use/are familiar with, and whether you have questions for them. They are friendly and will put you at ease, but are assessing you from the moment you enter the room. Additionally, they want to know if you can assimilate with their team on a personal level.
