I was contacted by the recruiter and we spoke via phone. He was 10 minutes late to a 30 minute phone screen. He didn't apologize and something about I should understand since I'm in HR. He spoke nonstop about the company and only allowed me one question. Was very rushed and unorganized. He then told me I would be contacted with next steps. I received a form email about 25 minutes later that stated "We received many qualified applicants and have decided to move ahead with other candidates who we feel is a better match for this particular position". Yes, it did say candidates who we feel is a better match. Poor grammar. My qualifications were spot on as a matter of fact, I was overqualified. Not sure what is going on with this company, but I feel like I dodged a bullet.
