I was contacted by the internal recruiter for the Leeds team and went through a general but very informative telephone interview, where I was given the chance to ask any questions I had regarding the role, the team and the company. Once she had spoken to the hiring manager she called to invite me in for an interview and fully explained how the interview process would go. My interview in the office was a good experience but probably a little too in-depth for the type of role I was interviewing for. The manager jumped straight in to a role play (information for the role play had been given beforehand), gave me some feedback and then into the questions which were all mainly competency based around work experience.
