I went in and interviewed with a specific team within the company, I met with the hiring manager for 30 minutes, then met with each half of the team for 30 minutes for a total of 1.5 hours. The hiring manager asked behavioral questions only and the team asked more technical questions. I came out feeling very happy about my interview but I realized that they were looking more for team fit than anything else and I was more interested in front end development while they were back end development so that was why I didn't get an offer. Otherwise, I would have definitely accepted a position there.
