Never even got to talk with a recruiter. The one I dealt with was clearly disorganized and couldn't schedule anything. I would give her multiple days/times of availability and she would pick ones I wasn't available. Then cancel last minute or email and say she will call now, as if I don't have a job already and have meetings to attend. She thought I would drop everything and take her call. One time she was 25 mins late for a 30 min call which I didn't answer. For the level of the role it was very unprofessional.
