Awful, wasted my time doing five interviews with at least two people over video every time. I think they just like to have multiple people on back up for when people quit. I also was interviewed by much younger people which is another reason I don’t think I was offered a position. I mean seriously five separate interviews. Don’t waste your time unless you need interview practice.
