The interview process was not completely clear. The interview started with general questions and then moved on to competency based questions. Then a copyediting/proofreading test was given, all of which was not told to me before hand. The questions were run of the mill

There were three rounds, including an editing test and lots of competency questions. First two rounds happened quickly but finding out the final result took a long time. Staff were friendly.
