Telefoninterview:
Es wurde der Lebenslauf durchgenommen; Einzelheiten über den Job - über die massiven Fluktuationen gesprochen - kam dabei raus, das wohl viele keine Lust haben zu arbeiten. Job verlangt, aufgrund der hohen Verantwortung (Lebensmittel), eine hohe Zahl an Wochenstunden (+- 55h Wochen).

- Ob man mit den Arbeitszeiten klar kommt.
- Ob man versteht, das es sich hierbei um eine Stelle mit einer enormen Verantwortung dem Unternehmen, den Kunden und der Gesellschaft gegenüber hat
- Lieferant ruft an und sagt, das eine bestimmte Charge, schlecht sei - was tust du?

Successivamente il secondo passaggio ero con il manager e dovevi presentare un business game.
Richiedevano una presentazione per sviluppo categoria di riferimento
Il processo è durato 2 mesi, comprensivo di chiamata iniziale, colloquio online con il team e colloquio di persona in sede. Purtroppo mi è stato promesso un feedback che non è arrivato e ho dovuto sollecitare. Mi è dispiaciuto un pò avendo investito tempo e impegno nel processo. Comunque, tranne per l'ultima parte, buona comunicazione e processo abbastanza veloce (soprattutto vista la quantità di posizioni e CV che hanno da gestire)
