Applied to their job posting on-line Received a call from the front desk HR lady to set a phone interview-had phone interview Phone interview was pretty basic they asked about my resume and told about the job and pay. Received an e-mail the next day for a 1/1 interview-the 1/1 interview was with the department manager-pretty standard questions but not the typical "tell me about a time" since this isn't a customer service job it's a factory/plant. The questions pretty much depend on what department you're applying for. I was interviewing for data entry so I was asked about my computer skills and typing speed. After the interview they will take you on a tour of the plant, send you home and if you're in they will start sending e-mails for background and drug testing. Orientation is next witch is 3 hours then they give you your start date....
