We aren't your typical agile company.
We have a very structured approach to our engagements. We focus on business architecture, governance, metrics and actually plan our transformation work. It's a different beast, and our hiring process is rigorous, and often catches people off-guard. We are looking for a very specific kind of agile practitioner, and lots of folks are not a good fit here. We try really hard through our process to make good hires who will work out in the long run.
That said, there is no excuse for the process taking 12 weeks. During the time frame you interviewed, we were experiencing a lot of growth and had a huge backlog of interested people applying for jobs. We learned a lot from that surge and have been working constantly to shorten the process and streamline the experience. That 12 weeks wasn't working for our candidates or for us... but we have in most circumstances made it much shorter.
