Question 1
Standard behaviorals. What would you do if you found 1/5 of the expected customers responded to your survey?
I completed one phone screening and two behavioral interviews as a part of this process. Everyone I met was extremely friendly and I had a positive experience with the interviews themselves, however I felt there was a disconnect between the recruiting team and the hiring team that negatively impacted the interviewing process. In my initial screening, the recruiter spent a substantial portion of time asking about my experience with data analytics and stressed this was an important part of the function. Following my interviews with the recruiter and hiring manager, I was advised by the recruiter that the third interview would be a "technical interview" around analyzing data to problem solve. Given this, I was expecting to receive questions on Excel / SQL and prepped accordingly, but the interview ended up being entirely behavioral and my interviewer shared this was not a data heavy or technical role.
