Littelfuse Inside Sales Representative interview questions

Poor communication between hiring manger and HR. Hiring manager wanted specific skill set which was not highlighted during the first conversation. I went down for interview and it was very awkward as the manager was not very interested as I does not have the advance level of excel skills that he wanted.

Long process. The recruiter was very helpful and prompt in providing feedback. She was the most efficient recruiter I have ever worked with. Every step went well.
