Interview was scheduled in convenient time and the interviewer was nice and professional. Unfortunately, the company and my expectations did not match , but there was a mutual agreement to stay in touch and discuss other opportunities in the future.
Poor communication between hiring manger and HR. Hiring manager wanted specific skill set which was not highlighted during the first conversation.
I went down for interview and it was very awkward as the manager was not very interested as I does not have the advance level of excel skills that he wanted.

Long process. The recruiter was very helpful and prompt in providing feedback. She was the most efficient recruiter I have ever worked with. Every step went well.
