Fair interview process. The style was one on one with a knowledgeable and experienced recruiter. They asked question about overall experience as well as questions regarding specific functions in which I was responsible at each of my employers. I went into detail and provided references where I could in an effort to obtain employment. I was overall pleased with the process.
