After at least six separate interviews And a presentation - no offer. I’ve never felt more disrespected in my life. Having a full time job means I has to strategically schedule all interviews and use personal time to prepare for slide deck. I came prepared with questions and specific examples. Even was told by one interviewer that I would be perfect for this role. I feel that after interviews 1&2 you should know whether you would want to hire someone or not as opposed to wasting the interviewees time with hours of interviews and preparation afterwards. Please keep in mind most people already have jobs so we have to schedule interviews around our work schedules and take time away from work. Just disappointing all around - hours wasted. Advice to future candidates come prepared as possible and make sure to affirm how well you are doing throughout the process so you won’t end up disappointed. At least know where you stand early enough and proceed accordingly. I did enjoy the process and everyone I spoke too were really cool people. Not a diverse group of people though but very nice and interviews were like conversations.
