I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Logicalis (Auburn Hills, MI) in Jan 2011
Interview
Initial phone interview which asks basic technical questions and basic work related questions. Afterwards, a standard sit down interview where more involved technical questions and customer service questions are asked. Will likely sit down with one or two managers. Arrive early, answer questions honestly, do not use technical jargon - it doesn't make you seem more experienced, but more desperate to impress. Do your homework on the company before the interview, expect a call center environment which heavily uses VPN, RSA tokens, remote desktop, and third party applications (teamviewer, logmein, ext.) to remote into computers and servers. Customer service is just as important as technical knowledge here. Your attitude is a major factor on if you get hired here, as well as your demeanor.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Logicalis (Bloomfield Hills, MI) in Sep 2015
Interview
Applied online for the position and was called a few days later by a recruiter. I was then scheduled for an interview with the hiring managers which took place 3-4 days after the recruiter contacted me. I was interviewed by 2 of the hiring managers. Overall the interview was pretty simple. I was asked a few questions about myself and was asked a few technical questions such as "what are 3 ports on the back of a computer?" as well as how to assist someone who is experiencing problems with their mouse. I was asked what 3 qualities are that a good service desk employee should have. I received an email for a background check roughly 4 days after the interview. Pretty sure I would have received a job offer but backed out prior to any offer. I didn't realize the position was an actual call center position and was looking for something on a smaller scale.

I arrived at the office, where I waited to be interviewed. A woman came by and introduced herself and took me to a conference room where she and another manager were to have the interview. They both asked me a couple of questions and put me through potential call scenarios to which I answered, and then asked me if I have a few questions of my own, which I had and then they said that they will contact me through the coordinator.
