I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Logicalis (Bloomfield Hills, MI) in Sep 2015
Interview
Applied online for the position and was called a few days later by a recruiter. I was then scheduled for an interview with the hiring managers which took place 3-4 days after the recruiter contacted me. I was interviewed by 2 of the hiring managers. Overall the interview was pretty simple. I was asked a few questions about myself and was asked a few technical questions such as "what are 3 ports on the back of a computer?" as well as how to assist someone who is experiencing problems with their mouse. I was asked what 3 qualities are that a good service desk employee should have. I received an email for a background check roughly 4 days after the interview. Pretty sure I would have received a job offer but backed out prior to any offer. I didn't realize the position was an actual call center position and was looking for something on a smaller scale.

I arrived at the office, where I waited to be interviewed. A woman came by and introduced herself and took me to a conference room where she and another manager were to have the interview. They both asked me a couple of questions and put me through potential call scenarios to which I answered, and then asked me if I have a few questions of my own, which I had and then they said that they will contact me through the coordinator.
