First Round – Screening:
This round included a mix of aptitude, C/Python programming, and logical reasoning questions. It was relatively easy for candidates with a strong foundation in basic aptitude and a solid grasp of C and Python syntax and programming fundamentals.
Second Round – Technical Interview:
In this round, two technical panel members conducted a formal evaluation of my academic and personal projects. Additional coding questions were also posed to assess my problem-solving and programming skills.
Third Round – Technical + HR Interview:
This final round was conducted by the team’s manager and involved a comprehensive discussion about my projects. The focus was on every aspect—from the initial idea and implementation details to real-world applications. The manager’s insightful and unexpected questions made the conversation both challenging and engaging. It was essential to articulate my thoughts clearly and confidently.
Overall Experience:
The interview process was both challenging and rewarding. What stood out the most was the final round with the manager, who asked thought-provoking questions that went beyond the typical scope. He delved into aspects of my projects that I hadn’t anticipated, which made the discussion intellectually stimulating and engaging. His curiosity and analytical approach added a unique depth to the conversation, making it one of the most memorable parts of the entire process. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the structured and professional way in which the interviews were conducted.
