Brief and straight to the point. Supervisor was very honest and forthright of what to expect. I was told that my days would be extremely long and I might work 10-12 hours days.

The interview question were typical question regarding seeking employment. They were more considered with let the potential employee know what to look forward to.
There is an extensive background check process for hiring, but there is basically no interview process. You are only asked if you're willing to work with no time off. They are not looking for a good fit for the company, but a spot to fill.

The interview process was short and straight to the point about the position, hours and duties. The manager was super nice and understanding of the hours I could work. I’m excited to start working!
