Interview
Put application in and you will get call for a interview. Dress profession for the interview (no jeans). Do not bring in drinks, chew, cigarettes, etc. Believe it or not saw one individual chewing Tabaco in their interview spitting in a cup. If you need a job bad Lowes is always hiring cashiers. Standing for long hour on hard floors and hours that change from week to week. Pay is not much and training is poor.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
HR plays favorites. Poor leadership. Hires from in store on the buddy system which means if your buddies with management you can come in late, miss days, disappear at work and in general be awful employee. If some one speaks up about the individuals poor work or work habits they are more out or a reason is found to negative document them and terminate. If you want to get hire just take the position that the customer always comes first.
So easy that you just need to be a normal person to get hired, they really just look for someone who can help out every customer and who can do a little bit of manual labor. you should be hired asap
