One on one, very easy. Basic interview layout, I was asked to join the hiring manager in their back office. Where they asked me some basic questions, one of which was "explain a time when you had to overcome adversity in the workplace".

Very easy got hired on the spot. Very friendly interviewer and everyone was happy to help. Only complaint was that I had called in early letting them know I was coming and I still had to wait for a manager to show up, was waiting for like 30 minutes.

Interview was quick. They were nice and outlined the next steps clearly. The downside was they said they'd call me either way ( if I did/n't get the jbob ] and they never did.
