Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 rounds. First, with the store manager. Second, with another store manager (phone interview 30-45 mins). This interview goes more in depth with the company's culture and prepares you for the next interview if they see a good fit. Lastly, with the district manager. In this interview I was asked what I thought the difference between selling and customer service was. I was asked many questions regarding various situations- describe a time when you had a huge success with a sale or describe a time you had to handle a difficult situation.

Do you feel comfortable giving direction to someone above you?
Super professional and respectful. I felt wanted and value as a candidate. She listened to everything I had to say. Told me a lot about the job and really sold it to me.
Fair Questions. I really liked the management and Human Resources support to the individual stores. Interview process was quick - I got an offer and was working there within 2 weeks. I enjoyed working for Lucky Brand Denim.

Applied in Indeed. Got called in maybe a week later and came in for the interview. It was very nice and conversational. A portion of the interview involved some role playing. So the interviewer acted like a customer and I had to approach them Start conversation, put together an outfit for them, and pitch sales! Overall a good experience.
