Interview
I was brought in by the assistant manager because I had work with him before at another company. I turned in my application, and was called back for an interview with the store manager. I then had a very short phone interview with the District Manager. The second interview was postponed several times before it actually happened, which was frustrating, and also gave the impression of disorganization.

Question 1
It wasn't so much a question as the most difficult part of the interview. You have to "role-play" that you are a sales associate selling to someone in the fitting rooms, played by the store manager. They make it very difficult, and you have to ask exactly the right questions to get through the role play, which is difficult because Luck Brand has a very different sales model compared to most other retailers, so if you're coming in from another company, be prepared.

Interview with the store manager, and then the district manager. The store manager was super sweet and asked questions based off of my resume. You need to provide them 2-3 references before employment. DM will also ask a lot of questions - especially past management experiences, or situational experiences. You will also do the 'Lucky Impression.'

Applied on Craigslist before they switched to an online application. Had a sit down interview with the Store Manager and then a phone interview with the District Manager. Focus was on your selling experience. MUST KNOW FASHION!
Candidates today are mostly likely going go through a Lucky Impression. Which means that you will have some role playing at the fitting room. Men must be able to build at least two complete Women's outfits (same for Women!!).
