Applied online, recruiter reached out 5 days later to schedule phone screen via email, submitted availability through a Greenhouse calendar system, scheduled a phone screen for 1 week later.
Phone screen was about 20-25 minutes, recruiter seemed nice/casual. He explained the role to me, asked me standard interview questions - very open ended conversation. Got a generic rejection email 2 days later

Some permutation of "tell me about yourself" and "why are you qualified/interested in the role". One or two follow up questions about experience on specific duties of the role
Applied for the position via the website and was was later contacted to select an interview date/time. I didn't hear anything else but 5 days later I received an email informing me that the role was closing.
