Internal recruiter sent an email for an initial interview screening. The interview went well but once she heard my desired salary, she shut down and said she would not be sending my resume on. About the biggest blow off I have ever had. I think MIND should consider having more experienced recruiters make contact with senior level/management positions. I had read that the company had negative marks for compensations, so I can't say that I was surprised, but to simply boot a good candidate without having a solid discussion is actually unprofessional.
