MOO interview questions

The interview process was a bit unstructured, limited support or direction from the recruiter. I was scheduled to meet with a C-level employee, and asked the recruiter what to expect or prepare and I received no response. After sessions with the recruiter and hiring manager I heard nothing back at all for over a week. I had another offer, but still made a point to chase up for any sort of feedback. Red flags.

The interview process was extensive but all the interviewers were friendly and asked interesting questions. The process consisted of an introductory interview, followed by 2 other interviews. I then had to do an assignment showing my design skills.
