Interview
We start with a typing test with a 30wpm expectancy. Then we ask close to a dozen questions to judge your experience and problem solving ability then conclude with a tour of the facility so that you can get a feel for what else there is to offer outside of a pay check.

The interview process was very easy and informal. This allowed me to feel comfortable being myself. The job was explained as is. I wasn’t sold a dream. I was told it would be a challenge and I have loved every minute of it.
