MY DR NOW interview questions

Applied through Indeed and received an email asking me to complete a formal application. After completing the application I was contacted and a virtual interview was scheduled. The interview was performed via Zoom and was quite easy to get started. I interviewed with Stephanie and she was absolutely pleasant as could be. Her excitement about the company was overflowing and it was infectious. Simple back and forth type of interview, with her asking questions about my future goals, desires, interests, etc. No zingers or difficult questions. They more or less wanted to ensure that I would be a good fit speaking with Patients daily. She advised that anyone could be taught the technical components of the job, but she wanted to make sure anyone hired, has a desire to help people and are comfortable speaking on the phone.

Interviewed with coo, and no one would get back to me, I had to constantly text her to see next steps. Next interview was with ceo. Took 3 weeks ceo is only Concerned with patient numbers doesn’t care about provider or staff burnout.
