Interview
I first had a phone interview with just a few questions about myself-- very easy and conversational.
The in-person interview was two days later. The interview questions were all about your experience with customers: a great experience, a bad experience, an experience where you learned.
I waited almost an hour to be interviewed, but it all went smoothly.
I was hired within the week after the interview.

Interview
The interview process was fairly easy and in most cases, quick. They basically want to gauge what type of person you are, and can they be comfortable putting you in front of residents. My case was special because while they loved me and my resume, it was hard for them to find a position to place me in right away since they were waiting on people to transition out to other positions.
