The interview process was fairly easy and in most cases, quick. They basically want to gauge what type of person you are, and can they be comfortable putting you in front of residents. My case was special because while they loved me and my resume, it was hard for them to find a position to place me in right away since they were waiting on people to transition out to other positions.
