The interview process was the BEST I’ve had at any retailer or other company. All the interviewers were extremely personable, kept me in the know, and were very kind! The first interview was with a phone recruiter, second was in-person at the store I was applying at with the Store Director and the last was a Zoom call with the Regional Director. The process took a little less than a month as my first phone interview was in the first week of the month and I got an offer the first day of the next month.
You will notice that they do not take notes during interviews. It is company policy for the interviewer to not take notes because they want the conversation to be more organic

Call with HR recruiter, in-person interview with Store Director and phone interview with District Manager. The interviews were very straight forward and personable. Everyone I spoke with had a very positive vibe and made me feel comfortable and in the know during the process.
