Recruiter call, 1:1 with hiring manager, then lots of interviews with different and mostly non-technical staff. The interviews did not involve much data/coding/tech questions, because the company seems to be building out their DS team. That could be a plus for those who are nervous for these types of interviews. However, the downside is you really have to prove the importance of your skills to folks with different backgrounds, and they come in with big expectations because they've seen what DS can do at their former, larger companies. Most people were very friendly, though one was quite distracted and absent-minded (ex. asked me if I had any previous data analysis experience right after I had spent time elaborating upon it).
